Anyone know if the recent Supreme Court case overturning the NY provision of "may issue" conceal carry permit will affect rhode islands permit process and how long does it take to take effect? Like could I file for a conceal carry permit on Tuesday or is there a workout period of supreme court decisions or do they take effect immediately?
