hiii, I live on other coast and am starting my own cafe. I wanted to know the brewing process for iced coffees. Did you make all the pots morning of or night before? Did you use airpots (big silver dispensers) or carafes (glass mug) let it sit in there before putting into another dispenser container? Did you keep leftover coffee or pour out? So many questions, but if any baristas can share the morning/night process of brewing/storing coffee, that would be amazing. And this is completely anonymous. Thank you!!
