Revolvers are always trying to advance with the times (using lighter alloys, using rails for accessories, trying to maximize capacity, changing from a traditional barrel placement to reduce muzzle flip, etc.) and with this technology, binary triggers, already being around for a while makes you wonder if it will go in that direction. Personally I don't think all revolver models should have this function. Most already have too much muzzle flip and it will end up costing you ammunition that is already limited in the gun. If I had to narrow it down, it should be for small, sub compact, last chance backup, snub-nosed revolvers. Hear me out! Those types of guns are most often used in self defense, you have nothing left, and usually in close proximity of an attacker. You would actually want to send rounds down as fast as possible in hope of taking down an attacker. To lessen design complexities, it should be for double action only revolvers (without an external hammer) and it would make sense to include it in snake guns using .410 gauge shells to double tap pests. All that being said, what do you think honestly think in the comments?
