Ive had and used my Revolut card for years with no problems before. Until tonight when i couldn’t pay with it. I’ve had it decline online transactions recently but i didn’t pay any attention to it. But when i couldn’t pay contactless or by inserting the card tonight, despite having more than enough money on it decided to check the app.
For some reason it says that i (should) have a new physical card. But i don’t. I never ordered one and i never received one.
It further says that i ordered one in July 7 2022 (which i didn’t) but it was never posted? and never received. Trying to track it gives me an error. This is despite me using my current card well until august 2022 and september with no problems.
The app now tells me to switch to my new card. But i don’t have one nor have i ordered one.
I’m stumped. Does anyone had this issue before?
Note that the (only) physical card i’ve always had expires in 01/25
