Cannot drag manufacturer's door to project

Hello all. New here. I am trying to drag and drop a herculite door to a room that I downloaded from the Avanti website. Upon loading it into Revit I'm met with an error message "While loadnig Type "1/2 Clear Tempered", parameter "Glass Material", Please enter a valid material." And I cannot drag and drop the family into the project. Other doors I can simply drag and drop. I can also open and edit the family .rvt file in the family editor. Suggestions?
