Just a rural midwest teen who's lost and looking everywhere for help (Economics with maybe PoliSci as a minor/double major)
Post Body

Senior. Poor. Mom's got a terminal illness and an associate's. Dad did some trade school. I'm looking mainly at Questbridge schools. Currently in Southern Illinois, willing to travel pretty far, but I've got a girlfriend who would have a rough time without me (and me without her.) My ideal school is probably Northwestern, but I'm looking for something more attainable.

UW GPA: 4.0

W GPA: I'll spare you from school's weird system and just tell you it's at the maximum

Class Rank: 1/100 something

SAT: 750/750

SAT Essay: 6 5 6

ACT: Not taking

APs: APUSH (4), taking Lit and Calc AB course currently.

Subject Tests: Took Math 2, Physics, and Lit but I'm not very confident and should have studied or waited

ECs: Math Team, Scholastic Bowl, Student Council 3 years (Treasurer this year), Math Club (Treasurer), Scholastic Society (NHS except we didn't pay to use the name), been in the play/musical twice and plan to this year, and I plan on starting the Youth Politics Club with my APUSH teacher this year.

EC Achievements: I placed tenth in a state Geometry competition my sophomore year, and was on the Second All State Team in my division for Scholastic Bowl.

So uh prioritize the Questbridge partners and give something good to fall back on.
