I beat this game about a year ago and I find myself thinking about this game almost every day. I love this game. I will play this game again, and I plan to do a deeeeeeep dive into the symbolism and foreshadowing and story telling. I think there is so much open for interpretation and I would just love for our community to put like a ‘theorists/symbolism’ book together.

I’ve never had such a game consume so much of my brain space and make me reconsider everything I experienced.

For example, take a look at the meanings of many of the numbers that show up in this game. Look at the cut scenes. Take a deeper dive into the boss’ names in the game. Look at the level designs and environments.

Thank you Housemarque for making what I consider a masterpiece. Not some jumbled together POS money grab that so many other games are going for. I truly thank you. Until I play again… so long Selene and peace be with you wherever you are. 😊
