mGBA core on PC. Sound crackling issues and stuttering.

Hello everyone.
Wanted to see if anyone could assist me. I am having issues with mGBA core in retroarch on pc.
I tried on several games, there is stuttering and a lot of sound issues. Sound issues are mostly crackling like sound. I tried several different settings in retroarch with out any work around.
I have updated retroarch to the current build.
If I load the game in mgba standalone I have 0 issues.
