Adding 3DS content to RetroArch

I have a problem with adding decrypted 3DS games to RetroArch. They work perfectly fine when I load content manually, but I wanted to add them like for any other console, using "Scan Directory". When I use this method, scanning finds all of the games (.3ds format), but doesn't make a category for them. Any tips/ideas?
