Audio issues

New phone, using retroarch on android. I have used it before on my old phone no problem. However, after downloading the NES, Tetris, and Earthbound I tried to fire them up but got lots of feedback and audio cracking. Tried changing audio and visual drivers and turning off v sync, still have terrible audio, any suggestions?
