flare-ups right after showering?

so my rls goes and comes as it pleases, usually it’ll be gone for months at a time then suddenly starts up again. i can’t quite track down exactly what makes it act up. recently it’s come back and i feel like this is the longest it has lasted- although thankfully it’s quite mild and definitely not as bad as it has been other times. the only new things since it started back up is some new supplements i’d started (which i’ve stopped taking since i’m not sure if that’s what is causing it) and i got a desk in my room so i’ve been sitting there rather than on my bed. so the whole shower thing; it’s really weird but i’ve noticed that whenever i go into the shower, as soon as i come out my legs go crazy and it takes some minutes for the discomfort to stop. i’m so confused because i don’t feel it during the shower but they start burning up right as i’m getting out of the shower. i figured it might be because i’m standing in one place for anywhere between 5-30 minutes, but i usually do chores like washing dishes and stand in one place for the same amount of time if not longer, but they don’t get triggered as they do after showers. so i’m just confused as to why it’s so bad after showering. google isn’t helping. any ideas?
