Im not sure but now that i think about it. I have a crazy urge to move my legs and ankles, even my back or neck. its been like that since i was a teen. Idk if anyone else experiences all of that either. I have to move no matter what. Or atleast it feels that way. I read about it and i dont want to overthink it.
