Propranolol for RLS?

Post Body

I was wondering if anyone has tried or is using propranolol for RLS? I read mixed things about it helping in some people as well as making it worse in some.

I am on 900mg of gabapentin at night for it. I am an ex-drug user and recently got off suboxone, which pronounced pre-existing pain and sleeping issues like RLS. I can't sleep for more than 4 hours at a time.

I've tried klonopin for it but I'm trying to get off of it. I don't want to be dependent on controlled substances. If anyone is curious here's a list of all the meds I take:

-Vraylar 3mg (tapered up recently)

-Bupropion 300mg XR

-Truvada 200mg-300mg

-Magnesium complex

-Vitamin D3

-Armodafinil 250mg

-Fenofibrate 48mg

-Klonopin 0.5mg (tapered down recently)

-Flexeril 5mg PRN (I avoid taking this at night)

I know the Vraylar may be contributing to the RLS but I have Bipolar disorder so I have to take it.
