Resilio causing audio to crackle.

Has anyone else encountered Resilio causing their audio to crackle when they are transferring files and if so are there any ways to stop this.

I know that Resilio is the culprit because the crackle disappears once the transfer has finished, I also never used to have this issue when running transfers using FileZilla.

I'm running windows 10 with a Ryzen 7 2700, 3080 F.E and have 32GB of Ram.

I'm barely using any of the CPU and only a third of the Ram so don't understand why it is causing the crackling.
