A match bot, taking data from HLTV (CS:GO)

Hi. I am a moderator at /r/Mousesports, a subreddit for the pro team Mousesports. I was hoping to develop a bot that can take upcoming match data off of hltv.org and create a new thread on the subreddit from it. hltv.org is a website that has information on upcoming games from all pro teams. I am only focusing on one team and their page on HLTV.

I tried looking at various resources online, but couldn't figure how to make one myself. I would also be glad if anyone helped me understand how to make such a bot.
