[Request] A bot to "monitor" submitted links for changes?

This one is a bit tricky.
Basically, if a submitter posts a link, watch the linked page for any changes over a few days, and if it happens to change, remove the post.
Long story short: a submitter posted a link, and then a short time later changed the page they'd linked to. They've been shadowbanned, and have tried submitting 3 more times since they were discovered.
This is beyond my feeble coding skills. Can someone else do it? Please?
