In /r/alcohol one thing that comes up often is "I'm 15 (or 16, 17, etc) in so-and-such (far off geographical area) so it's legal for me to drink there." Of course, as it usually turns out they're nowhere near the mentioned area, and after a search, that area's legal drinking age is still above their age.

Basically, I'm looking for a bot which will respond to something along the lines of "Jerry, what's the legal drinking age of so-and-such?", have it search a text file for that location, and respond with "The legal drinking age for so-and-such is 21."

I can toss together the text file in whatever format would be best. But I have no clue where to start on the actual code.
