Has anyone used purchased from WEGO Panda? I really want these, and this is the only place I have found that has them...

So this place is the only Panda seller I see that has these. I bought them once from a middleman but they aren't true to size and the placement of "BLUE" isn't quite in the right place, is kinda crooked, so I'm now looking to buy them again but better quality. I found this place that has them but I don't know about their quality. I see reviews but I really want the community's opinion before getting them.

Is this the only place that has them? Does anyone know which batch is best and W2C?
