Recently have had some long delays in shipping times. I understand many are frustrated as packages are taking much longer than normal. I wanted to update Reddit with updates on our current logistics.

Many customers have tracking pages with last update as tracking information received. This will be the status until your package reaches international hub in Bahrain, Singapore or Saudia Arabia. Over the past month, we've tried every route, and this is what we come to the conclusion. I share it here with every one. Right now Bahrain due to the overload of stock, pickup time is about 3 weeks after ship, Singapore is about 2 weeks and Saudi Arabia is 1-2 weeks.

Because of problem with customs, Canada, Japan, and Korea are shipped with EMS which means longer waiting times as well. Unfortunately, our 59 packages were seized in HK and 40 seized in Bahrain. But we have gained valuable experience. Please do not worry about our shipping now. For the seized packages, we are contacting you now and will resend it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Again sorry for the problem friends. And we don't want to explain anything more, because the logistics really bother you. But we want to make clear about one point again: we truly sent the packages to DHL and waiting for them pick up. And we are sure to deal with the logistics problems and trust us!
