Morning All,
I just pushed out what I'm considering the 1.0 release of the bot. Bot is pretty stable now and the majority of features I want are locked in.
With this release I've also made the GitHub repo public: https://github.com/barrycarey/RedditRepostSleuth
The repo contains about 90% of the code. It doesn't include the services the build the search index or execute the actual searches.
There are some notable changes
I've removed all additional commands from summoning, except watch/unwatch. They added a ton of complexity and are now redundant since you can run custom searches on repostsleuth.com
I've also included the search settings in the bots comment. This should hopefully make it clear what settings the bot used during the search.
New Options For Monitored Subs
- Added lock_response_comment: This will lock the bot's comment so nobody can reply
- Added filter_removed_matches: This will drop search results that are removed from Reddit
- Removed only_comment_on_repost: Replaced with comment_on_repost and comment_on_oc
All wiki configs have already been updated to include the new options and remove the old.
