My property management company has advertised that they do pest control inspections every three months. However in my building they’ve been doing pest control inspections every couple of weeks and it seems as though when they do pest control inspections, someone gets evicted. Many current tenants including myself are legitimately terrified that on one of these inspections, they’re next! This building has been having pest control problems since I’ve moved in. Even then they only did pest control inspections every three months. But now that they’ve been doing them more frequently, people are legitimately terrified!

How scared should I be?
