(IN) wanting to renew lease, what to expect.

Hello! Apologies if this is the wrong subreddit but I was hoping to get some info about what to expect at a renewed lease signing.

Myself (30F) and my fiancé (30M) are first time renters. Our lease is ending in June and we are interested in renewing it. What should we expect? Does the property manager come out and inspect the property before renewing? Do we need to report anything? Would we have to pay the application fees again?

We haven’t received any complaints and rents always paid on time no problems, so I don’t see a reason for us to not be approved but I’m giving myself a ton of anxiety regarding this.
