(CA) Landlord served 60 day notice 4 months into 1 year lease, any hope for moving fee reimbursement?

Post Body

I know this is a long shot but I moved across state to this property earlier this year and paid about $1,100 in moving expenses between loading, unloading, and the truck costs. Any chance the landlord could be responsible to reimburse any fees for terminating the lease early? Owner states he needs to sell the property, rent has never been later and thereโ€™s never been any issues or conpkaints with the landlord or neighbors.
