(Bellingham, WA) Online Payment Fees

Property management doesn't have any methods of paying through the online portal that doesn't include a "convenience fee." They also have never answered a single phone call in the month that I've lived there and take approximately 2 weeks to respond to so I'm not very keen on sending them a check in the mail due unreliabiliry on their end. I've never had a landlord or property manager that has these fees before.
