So I stayed here at Pio Del Pilar (specifically along Washington) for a day, transient lang siya. I went out and looked around if anong meron sa nearby areas and tbh I kinda like it here. Ito yung mga nagustuhan ko so far:
- Near Makati CBD (i don’t work here tho, but i just love the idea na ang daming pwedeng puntahan dito)
- Walkable area/spacious streets
- Near almost all kinds of establishments (resto, gym, hospital, etc)
- Maraming open 24/7
- Malapit sa Pob (for nightouts hehe)
- Dami ring murang kainan
I’m not sure tho with the price of rent here if affordable ba, but I’m planning na mag-bedspace na lang din muna kasi.
Sooo sa mga nakatira na dito, any thoughts? Is it a good area to live? Di naman ako naghahanap ng very shala haha just a decent apartment/building is ok naman. Any pros and cons to consider before looking for a place here? Thanks in advance!
