Ductless A/C blowing help

Looking for suggestions. My ductless mini split heater & A/C unit is over my television and points at my couch. Problem is my wife hates the feeling of air blowing on her and constantly turns it off. So after getting the house cool she shuts it off to watch TV and the house gets warm again.
I am wondering if anyone knows if a device I can use to help break the air up some, like a diffuser of some sort.
Due to the layout of the house moving the head isn’t really and option before it gets suggested.
