Turning addition into walkout balcony and sunroom

Post Body

Hey everyone. So long story short we are closing on our first home.

My question is would it possible to take this addition that was added and turn it into a walk out balcony upstairs and a sunroom on the lower level.

The addition are supposed to be a “master closet” and office space respectively, but it’s done pretty terribly. Neither are has electric running to it so we wouldn’t have to rewire anything. Also, the old stone was kept in place on the inside of the addition.

Thanks for any advice.
