DIY laundry build - attic space

Post Body

I decided to move my laundry from a downstairs cupboard to upstairs ( still need to touch up paint and put doors on)

The reason being we had a lot of wasted space in our adjacent attic and even with a slanted ceiling it looks full height with the cabinets in. While itโ€™s not something you see often, we mostly use our dryer and this works well for us.

A few firsts in this one: - 1st tile splashback - 1st stone bench top install - first custom cabinets for dryer and washer - Iโ€™ve never done a laundry before ๐Ÿ˜‚

Highlight of the project : filtered tap so I donโ€™t have to go downstairs to get the mrs water.

Note: I have a background in civil engineering and architecture. Following BCA in all my structural changes throughout :)
