Mapei Ironside Grey Grout

Has anyone had issues with the integrity of this grout. Mine is less than a year old in a shower not used frequently and the grout is coming out. It’s coming off like chalk. You wipe your finger on it wet or dry and it comes right off. Are there any recalls or bad batches known?
