We’ve sealed everything off, been running air purifiers, and just ordered some better air filters for our HVAC system but our house still smells like a campfire. I’ve definitely been feeling the effects of the smoke with a headache and chest tightness. Wondering if anyone else is a hypochondriac like me and worried about long term health impacts. My partner seems to think it’s no worse than a night out at smokey bar but the constant exposure and inability to get clean air, even indoors, makes me think otherwise.
