I play against this champ a lot and he’s one of hardest for me to 1v1. Into hard matchups I normally have a decent trade strat, or at least can empowered E and run. When I’m fed, I can still 1v1 harder matchups just through raw damage.

Noc just fears you, and by the time you regain control of your character you’re almost dead, all the while he stacks lethal tempo. If you empowered W his Fear, then you have minimal follow up damage. If you’re unlucky his spell shield will absorb your empowered Q or E.

There are other annoying issues, like his low CDR build making the map be near sighted for 90% of the lategame.

Any tips how to kill this champ early and snowball lead?
