Besides the technical stuff (Server side hit detection and other horrible engine limitations).
Personally, I always thought the point system needed a rework, Especially this "exploit" people called "Tank sniping". Tank sniping was taking advantage of the fact that for some reason, hitting tanks with a sniper rifle would give a crap ton of points and money, while doing 5pts of damage. In a long stalemate match with a time limit, the winning team was the team with most "tank snipers", and usually not the one with the actual lead(Leading team would have more high tier vehicles to snipe).
