I have been in this company since 2022. Recently they installed this software called activ trak to track our time and productivity. I always finish my task but overall I didn't work 8hrs in average. My manager got shit from his boss and told me I am under microscope. Project I am working on no one else familiar with it. My manager and I had 1:1 today and he just told me get the average hours up. My manager is not bad but upper management pushing on this. I am worried as these days jobs are hard to find. There were no PIP on place except for weekly check in with my manager. Is there a chance they can fire me later for this? Anyone have experience with these type of situation?
