• 6 months in customer service
• 1 year and 6 months of experience as an e-commerce virtual assistant

Additionally:

• Experience in chat moderation for a short time • Can create art (canvas painting or sketching; participated in art exhibits)
• Can do Canva and basic video editing skills
• Cold-calling and appointment-setting • Can do basic inbox management • Experience in tutoring (taught Korean students before, home-based)
