Cat door added to a sliding glass door set up?

I don’t even know where to start with this. I see you can maybe get someone to cut a hole in the glass door?? Who does that?
Who would I call about this? A handyman or some glass expert?
Any other options? I see these side panels but not sure how that works either. And I assume not all glass doors and panels fit in the same way.
