Main guest bath. No tub?
Post Body

We’d want to remodel/update our guest bathroom. Currently has a shower over tub. Considering removing tub and doing a large walk in shower with bench seat. Over head rain shower head plus wall mounted head with hand wand. Would it be weird to have no tub in the house? Just the two of us now but we do showers only. Our kids and teen grands are shower only. They’re pretty much our only visitors. Not too worried about resale as we will be here until they carry us out, then the kids can deal with it.

Our daughter-in-law is a highly ranked broker in Denver. She says a full shower is very attractive to buyers. Very few would turn away from the house based on that.
