So, I've seen a lot of negative experiences with Customer Support, so I'm here to talk about my experience with it, which was quite positive.
The screen on my tablet broke, but somehow on the inside bcz the exterior was still intact, but the display had dead spots. I contacted their Customer Service where I received a reply within the same day asking me for photos and if I had any idea why it may have happened. I did that and the next day I was given a reference number and told to apply for a return on their website so that they can send me another one. And to make sure I use the reference code so they can bypass the formalities that come up when u ask for a return without first going through Customer service. After 2 days, the return request was approved and I was asked to schedule a day for DHL to pick up my tablet for the return. They picked it up on a Monday and I received the replacement on the Thursday of the same week. So all in all, this took like 10 days, they were not difficult whatsoever about the replacement and I was not charged any delivery costs or anything like that.
That's all, thank you.
