Something happened to the screen, it's not cracked but I don't know what's wrong or what I should do.

I took it out of my bag and the things you see on the screen appeared. The "canvas/glass" is fine, looking at it from the changing port, it looks flawless, there is no crack, but I guess something on the inside might have broken. I haven't sat on it or dropped it and I have it for like 3 weeks. What should I do?
