This isnt much about religous trauma but more about Grief Today my grandmother has died it was a peaceful death with the whole family around her
I dont have a faith anymore since history and all but it's weird to process grief differently without relying on religion Now my grandmother was catholic but she was incredibly liberal and she never forced her beliefs on anyone, I more lost my faith my own way
Can anyone advice ways to understand grief for a non believer like myself? I may not imagine her in the sky but I can imagine her just somehow all around me in memories
