Fears of Second Coming

I know that second coming if Jesus was Not remotely part of original Pre-Roman christianity until it became indoctrinated That Jesus never said was son of God it was people who said he is I know second coming mostly restarted in 1800s, I know that bible is originally meant to be interpreted not literal

I know that Human Beings wrote the Bible Not the Literal Word of God

Generations after generation constantly predicted end of world and second coming, many big leaders of religion And All Got It WRONG so no one will be special

But I cant stop this fear of my life especially with unexpected events

Can anyone provide emotional support and advice on how to deal with this? Or something that would settle the What If factor?
