Mod Sticky Not Detected / Can't Be Managed

Recent issue developed where I can't manage mod sticky posts from Relay. For example, I want to unSticky Friday's sticky post.

Loading up the sub in Relay, there's no pin icon so I don't think Relay sees it as stickied.

Therefore when I go into mod actions menu, the option to Sticky is presented instead of the option to unSticky.

Going into the post itself, it's the same.

From Chrome on the same mobile device, the pin icon is seen and the post is eligible to be unStickied.
