I started with bronze level, and ran out of api calls yesterday. I tried to upgrade to silver today but kept getting "something went wrong on our end" errors. u/DBrady suggested clearing the storage on both the Relay app and the Play Store app. I tried that and it let me upgrade. The upgrade worked for about 10 minutes, but then it started telling me I've used up all my API calls and that I was still on the bronze tier.

Looking in Google Play, I have 2 subscriptions a bronze and a silver. I tried cancelling the bronze subscription, but it didn't help.
