Partner and I aren't sexually compatible, what do I do?

Partner and I have been dating for almost 7 months and are happy in all aspects except for our sex life. She has zero interest in sex, not that she doesn't like it, just that she doesn't feel anything. I have a high sex drive, and I try not to push her, but I would like to experience sex with her. I've discussed looking outside our relationship for sexual encounters, and she's told me to go ahead, but I'm worried about wrecking our relationship. Advice?
