I work 3 jobs and just the other day she had a suicidal breakdown and I called off one of my jobs to comfort and be there for her. The next day I work a 12 hour shift come home tired and she wants me to drop her off at work I said I can't I'm tired but she insisted on me almost begging me to drop her off because she doesn't want to drive so I gave in and dropped her off she said to pick her up at 2 am ( I work 6-630pm get home around 7pm) I got home super tired around 8 I fell asleep and woke up late at 2am I rushed out the door and speed over to her job looking for her for 30 mins I can't call because my phone was dead so I used a courtesy phone and contacted her she got to the car 10 mins later and she said she was fed up with my shit she said she was done with me always being late to pick her up (only happened 2x both right after work same story above) and she completely loses it screaming and almost just as bad as the suicidal breakdown yelling at me so I pulled over she got out dragged me out the driver's seat and told me to get into the passenger if I don't want to get left on the side of the road and drove me home fast. I tried talking but she wouldn't listen I tried telling her I can't drop her off but she wouldn't listen

I do love her a lot and she is my longest relationship but I think I actually messed up this time I don't want to lose her I don't know what to do I need some advice
