I have a ongoing problem with the rekordbox software. Any help would be appreciated !

Playing on record box in the collection and play list on the pc in windows , export onto usb and some tracks don’t play just come up with error code.

The tracks work on the laptop but when exported onto the usb and into the pioneer hardware the tracks don’t come and just come up with E-3806 and refuse to play. To which I have to remove the usb and plug it back in to the laptop and remove the track out of the collection and re-download it again for it to work.

If someone had experienced this problem before a helping hand would be appreciated!
