Earlier this morning something came up so I decided to cancel my Regal Unlimited subscription by messing them on FB Messenger about canceling it, so they ask me for my email and my RU account number which I did and they told me that the cancellation is all set and will not renew on 9/12.

However though the thing that came up this morning changed to back the way it was so I ended up asking them about it and see if they can cancel my cancellation and renew on 9/12. But a few hours later I haven’t gotten a response from Regal on FB Messenger, Email, Insta, Twitter and TikTok so I was wondering if they got it or not. Is there any other way to contact them to reactivate my account?
