Not scanning ticket question

So I can’t make a movie I have a ticket for, well I’m actually going to a different showing. So I know not scanning the ticket will count as like an absence and a couple times is fine but if it happens a lot they can void your account. Does anyone know how many times you can “miss” before your account is voided potentially. Thank you
