Anyone have info about CalSouth's "Grassroots Elite" grade?

I was looking for information for re-upgrading to State referee (Grade 6) after letting it slip back to Grade 8 while I was out of the country and, well, Covid, when I saw that CalSouth has introduced a CalSouth-only grade of "Grassroots Elite". The only differences from Grassroots seem to be an assessment and passing the fitness test (though it doesn't have what the levels required for the fitness test are, saying they are TBD). Does anyone have an additional information about this? Anyone have it? Know the fitness standard? Cool new badge, at least? Just curious...
