A couple of nice changes in here, IMO. Allows a player to remain in the game if the clock is stopped to assess an injury but medical staff or the coach are not summoned onto the field. I get complaints about this constantly.
Familiar elements for assessing DOGSO are added (finally) and, intriguingly, "Clarifies various foul categories and defines the seven direct free kick fouls to provide consistency."
Can't wait to see how they muddy up the definition of fouls...
