Canister filter vs "hang on back" style
Post Body

Starting up my first 30 gallon reef tank. Based on my research I decided the fluval 207 would be a good filter. Today I visited my local fish store and they recommended a hang on the back style and sold me a Tidal 55. They suggested that it would be as good as the canister without the hassle.

Looking for experience and suggestions from the Reddit pros.
